Who we are?

A family run business with over 25 years experience.  We promote European and Scandinavian Contemporary Furniture.  We have the resources to import directly from Europe, a wide selection of home furnishings.  We represent a broad base of Canadian manufacturing as well.  We are dedicated to quality, integrity and service.  Each piece of furniture we sell is given a life-time warranty on it's craftsmanship.

Where did you get the name Aboda?
Abode comes from the word Abode meaning dwelling.  "Aboda" is the term we use for the most comfortable place in a room.

Are you strictly retail?
Yes, however if you have a store (retail outlet) or are interested in opening a store, you can e-mail to the following address:  abodadecor@rogers.com

Do you allow for special orders of furniture?
Yes, a good portion of our business caters to special colours, wood finishes and leather finishes that enhance your individual tastes in your own particular room settings.

Do you make custom furniture?
If you have an idea written out or a picture we do custom make furniture.  Our specialty is contemporary and Scandinavian designs.  If you would like to contact us at abodadecor@home.com we would be interested in working with you whether you want 100 of an item or only one.
